Without support from you, local businesses and private foundations thousands of men, women and children would not have at least one hot, nutritional meal each Monday through Friday.

Did you know:

• 290,000 meals were prepared, packages and delivered to Meals On Wheels, Red Door, Green Door and Kid’s Meals clients last year
• The cost for the food to make those meals was over $440,000 last year
• Due to funding cuts from several sources THE Kitchen began the fiscal year needing almost a half a million dollars to fill the budget gap
